Open to all WPV Level 2 certified coaches, the mentoring initiative will:
✅ Pair 12 selected coaches with world-class mentors
✅ Focus on individualised tactical, technical, and leadership development
Include monthly one-on-one sessions and exclusive webinars
✅ Offer real-world applications with feedback and potential shadowing opportunities
✅ End with official Level 3 certification and a personalised development roadmap
